Project: SEPANIR Company, South Pars Gas field development Phases 15&16 Refinery
Position: Process Engineer
Section: Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Engineering

This project includes onshore facilities for the processing of reservoir fluid.
Phases 15 & 16 onshore Complex will be located on the Iranian coast of Persian Gulf in ASSALUYEH. Phase 15 & 16 onshore Complex will include all processing units, utilities, offsets and infrastructure necessary to produce sales gas, gaseous ethane cut of petrochemical feedstock quality, commercial grade propane and butane for export and stabilized condensate. I am process engineer in the Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Process Engineering team of this project. The Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Process Engineering team responsibilities are:
-Prepare pre-commissioning & commissioning process documents according to MDR
-Prepare pre-commissioning & commissioning priority for start up
-Coordination with procurement section for commissioning priority according to subsystems
-Cooperation in vendor evaluation and planning for pre-commissioning & commissioning period
-Coordination with all the areas for planning and execution of construction and installation according to the planned schedule
-Coordination with planning section for pre-commissioning & commissioning period
-Cooperation with engineering section for updating the required technical documents

B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering (Process Engineering)
University: Azad University (Tehran South Branch)
Thesis title: About Methyl Meta Acrylate(MMA) & Poly Methyl Meta Acrylate(PMMA)

Academic Experiences:

1- IELTS (Speaking & Writing & Listening are Good)
2- Behran Oil Refinery in 3 Months
3- Insulation in Behran Oil Refinery in One Week
Computer knowledge:

1-Process Simulation Software (HYSYS)
2-Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Technical abilities:

Feasibility Study, PFD and P&ID Development, Material & Energy Balance, General plot plan and Equipment Layout preparation, Process Data Sheet Design and Preparation, process unit scope of work preparation.
Familiar with some API and ASME standards related to process design (API 520, 521, ASME B31.3, API 650…)
Process technical and engineering documents generation and review
