Work experience
Presently Working as Qa/Qc engineer in TECNIMONT, an Italian company with wide exposure all around the world in the petrochemical field .

Project scenario
EPC contractor for Borouge -2 poly olefins project in Ruwais , Abudhabi .



• Establish and maintain effective communications between Owner, company, consortium partner and sub-contractor.

• Provide training lectures to sub contractor QC personnel and make them understand regarding the requirement of project welding specification.

• Co-ordinate to resolve and clarify the issues that has been raised by subcontractor during work execution.

• Weekly review and structured detailed reporting to owner on NDT coverage for production welds, welders and repair percentage.

• Implementation of action plan for controlling the percentage of repair against the benchmark specified in Project Quality Manual (Present achievement in control of Repair% is 1.95% against the benchmark of 3%)

• Co-ordination with client regarding the daily inspection activities.

• Witnessing the qualification of PQR, review and approval of WPS and maintaining the log of approved WPS.

• Witnessing/ review the welder qualification test records and monitoring their performance.

• Ensuring the quality of piping fabrication at shop and field by conducting a regular surveillance inspection complying with project specification and approved WPS and preparing reports.
