- Take care of Customers (Operators) needs.
- Coordinate with Civil Aviation Authorities (CAAs) to obtain over flying and landing permissions.
- preparing request and sending to CAAs through available way of communication.(SITA, AFTN, email, fax)
- Coordinate with Ground Handling Agents and companies worldwide to secure ground handling services and fueling in cash or company's credit.
- Monitor flight operational procedures in accordance with international standards.
- Sending and receiving movement information.
- Helping marketing department in advertising the companies services world wide.

- Posting transactions, loading and processing data, balancing and closing daily transactions, transferring data to the responsible person. Checking the daily, monthly and yearly balances.
Auditor
- Checking the accuracy of the transaction made in saving, current, money transfer, and foreign exchange sections of the bank. Reporting daily and periodically to the management, and help them to rectify the error
Customer service official
- Handling all customers request, posting transactions, paying and receiving cash, buying and selling foreign currencies, handling remittance and travelers checks, marketing new and existing products and services, selling cards and credit.
