POSITION : Process Engineer.
Major Responsibilities :

Working on GASCO IGD-4th NGL Project, Ruwais, Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd.
Fourth NGL train at Ruwais will be installed under the PROJECT to process a portion of the NGL products from AGD-0, Bab, Bu Hasa and Habshan (excluding OGD-III). The new fourth NGL fractionation plant will produce four products: raw ethane, propane, butane, and paraffinic naphtha hydrocarbons, and liquid sulphur.

Worked on NHR Petrochemical Complex Project, CJSC Nizhnekamsk Refinery), Republic of Tatars tan, Russia.
The aromatic complex was designed to produce design capacity of 151337 t/y of commercial grade para-xylene using as principal feedstock stabilized Reformat from a BTX CCR unit located upstream the aromatic Complex.

Brief outline of duties:

ITB Summary Preparation
Utility P&ID preparation
Consistency check between Equipment list, Equipment Process datasheet and P&IDs
P&ID mark-up and preparation of Unit Interconnection P&ID
Utility Distribution Diagram preparation
Review of Licensor documents, Development of P&ID’s, Hydraulic Calculations for Line Sizing, Pumps and compressor, Preparation & Review of Process Datasheets, Equipment Sizing etc.
Line list & Electrical Heat tracing list preparation
HAZOP study participation.
P&ID review meeting participation with Client, Licenser and PMC.
Hydraulic calculations for Pump and Compressor circuits.
Flare Load Calculation & PSV Sizing
Preparation/review of Flare load summary, B/L summary, Utility summary, Cause & Effect Diagram.
