Realization:

Areas coverd and improved were, manufacturing and logistic, MRP, problem solving of production, understanding of production planning and improvement of production. Analysis and review of the full reports package. Evaluation and validation of the program procedures through several tests. Drawing up of documentation (functional analysis, technical, handbook, etc.); updating the DB SQL-Server, optimization and administration of the DB.
