Working as a mechanical Engineer in the following sites:

EMETHANEX Methanol Damietta 1 Project
Carrying out Commissioning and Pre-commissioning activities for rotating equipments such as:
• Variable types of Horizontal and Vertical pumps:
Performing Orientation, Leveling, Pre-alignment and Final alignment.
• Air Fan Cooler:
Performing Fan shaft verticality adjustment, Tip clearance adjustment, Blade angle adjustment and adjusting the alignment between the fan and motor pulleys.
• Cooling Tower:
Performing Tip clearance adjustment, Blade angle adjustment, Gear box level adjustment, Motor soft foot check and alignment between the motor and the gear box using Laser alignment.
• Siemens Turbo-Compressor:
Performing the installation of Dry Gas Seal, Journal bearing and thrust bearing for a Siemens centrifugal compressor.

ELNG (Egyptian Liquefied Natural Gas) EDKU site.
1- May 2008 Shutdown carried out the following:
• Performing LTPI Inspection for a Nuovo Pignone MS 5002 D by replacing the fuel nozzle tip, combustion chamber liner, transition piece and 1st stage nozzle.
• Performing D+ Extender kit replacement for Train 1 (6 Turbines).
• Performing Bucket & Cover Plate Replacement for Train 1 (6 turbines).

2- November 2008 Shutdown carried out the following:
• Performing LTPI Inspection for a Nuovo Pignone MS 5002 D by replacing the fuel nozzle tip, combustion chamber liner, transition piece and 1st stage nozzle.
• Performing D+ Extender kit replacement for Train 2 (6 Turbines).
• Performing Bucket & Cover Plate Replacement for Train 2 (6 turbines).

3- November 2008 carried out a Major Overhaul for One gas turbine Nuovo Pignone MS5002D including the following:
• Performing High pressure rotor replacement.
• Performing Low pressure rotor replacement.
• Performing First-stage wheel shroud replacement.
• Variable 2nd stage nozzle replacement.

4- Having a good experience about Q/A&Q/C activities in the previous shutdowns as the following:
• Participate in the Preparation of the required spare parts for the shutdown activities.
• Dimensional checks for gas turbine spare parts.
• Spare Parts Code & Serial Number recording for old and new spare parts.

GPC (General Petroleum Company) in Ra's Ghareb site.
Carried out a major overhaul for a MITSUI SB30 gas turbine.
