-Material Inspection -Fit Up Inspection as per WPS, ASME, CSWIP Thru ABS -Welding Visual Inspection as per AWS, ASME, CSWIP Thru ABS -Pneumatic/Hydro Test for Pressure Vessels, Boilers, &Tanks as per ASME thru ABS.

Experience of 28 Months in QC field.
Main Scope of Work:
• Building (from A to Z) & Refurbishment of DRILLING RIGS under the full supervision of AMERICAN BUREAU OF SHIPPING (ABS). Includes Piping.
• Manufacturing of PRESSURE VESSELS & BOILERS for GASCO, DUBGAS, ARAMCO, SALAH GAS, BP.
• ON & OFF SHORE CONSTRUCTION.
• As per ASME, AWS, ASNT, CSWIP, &ABS Standards.
Projects Involved In:
1) New Built Rig (NBR) 2008-2009 Up-to-Date for Seawolf , MEJU, K.S.Energy & First Energy Bank Clients for Hulls 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, &110 :
• Structure Welding/Piping Inspector as per ASME for Vessels & AWS for rig building blocks thru all its assembly stages.
2) Refurbishment 2008-2009:
• Arabian Drilling Rig#8 (AD8); Full Structure with Legs & Spud Cans QC Inspection as per AWS & ABS Standards.
• ARAMCO Drilling Rig SAR 201; Full Structure QC Inspection with Spud Cans Repairing Cracks on Joints with Member Surveying along AWS & ABS Standards.
3) Pressure Vessels, Boilers, & Tanks:
• GASCO, DUGAS, ARAMCO, SALAH GAS, BP. Handling the Item Inspection from A-Z fabrication to final Closing out through approved WPS, NDE, Welders Certification, ITP as per ASME & AWS through ABS.
