Loading arm maintenance, Compressor maintenance, Hose connection (PP, SS) Fire fighting system motor-pump alignment & Maintenance, Pipe fitting & Joints (TEE Joint, ELBOWS JOINT)


1) Fuel gas Compressor maint. Of motor to gear box, gear box to low pressure Compressor & low pressure to high pressure compressor, Changing of bearing, lube Oil changing & alignment in Train 3. Worked for 15 days.

2) Fuel gas Compressor maint. Of motor to gear box, gear box to low pressure Compressor & low pressure to high pressure compressor, Changing of bearing, lube Oil changing & alignment in Train 4. Worked for 15 days.

3) Fuel gas Compressor maint. Of motor to gear box, gear box to low pressure Compressor & low pressure to high pressure compressor, Changing of bearing, lube Oil changing & alignment in Train 5. Worked for 15 days.

4) Maint. Of Hydraulic Turbine Shaft & bearing changing in Train 3.
Worked for 10 days.

5) Maint. Of Hydraulic Turbine Shaft & bearing changing in Train 4.
Worked for 10 days.

6) Maint. Of Vertical Pump as a Mech. Seal & gasket changing in Train 4. Worked for 5days.

7) Maint. Of Centrifugal pump as a Mech. Seal, Bearing & Shaft changing in Train 3 & 4.Worked for 20 days.

Educational qualification:

S.S.C. : 66.93% from Janata Vidyalaya Khopoli in July1998.


I.T.I. (FITTER) : 71.17% from Panvel I.T.I in July 2000.
