Job Description:
• Issuing of stores material through Stores Demand and Issue Voucher (SDIV).
• Maintain Kardex System in Barge stores.
• Responsible for proper housekeeping of stores and premises.
• Carry out random/annual stores inventory on the vessels.
• Responsible for making material requisition to the base office according to the requirements of the project team and to follow up to ensure material delivery in time.
• Following up the mobilization of the material, consumables and equipment listed in the mobilization plan to project sites and offshore barges.
• Ensuring that all the requisite project material, duly approved as per specification is delivered at the Barge store which includes verification of heat number with the certificates supplied by the supplier, dimension verification, visual inspection and surface finishing.
• Co-coordinating activities with the Base Office logistics department for material movement to the offshore site in a smooth manner.
