•Designing the SCADA-WicCC HMI for Water treatment plant.
•Attending on call job for various clients, to trouble shooting & fixing their bugs as per client request and supporting the clients during breakdown work.
•Maintaining and updating the client PC’s from viruses and installing new patches as per Microsoft request.
•Implementing and commissioning the testing program for various clients.
•Currently working on Cargo Bag handling system projects for one of the abroad client.

•Supporting SOYA (Seaforth Plant) and RAPESEED (Brocklebank Plant) seed preparation, solvent extraction and oil refining plants for day-to-day instrumentation and control issues. In addition supporting S2 berth operations for same.
•Plan, communicate and mange the weekly maintenance schedules.
•Scoping development projects, involving other departments, contract groups as required and sort out the work order in the MAXIMO database.
•Trouble shooting for process engineers ,operators and EI technicians
•Performing risk assessments , writing method statements and ensuring safety
•Maintaining and protecting all the Plant PC’s & Network from viruses.
•Reviewing P&ID’s and engineering documents.
•Programming & Fault finding on Siemens S7, S5, TI and PC-S7. PLCs using various software packages.
•SCADA-Design work, good knowledge and experience in WinCC and Axeda (Wizcon) packages
•Lead as a PI Administrator, the PI software helpful to view the plant instruments data in various forms in terms of Trends, view the data in different dates, data link, creating process book etc.
•Raising and controlling plant modification paperwork for plant development work
•Performing support tasks including breakdown work and routine preventative maintenance.
•Plant PC’s network auditing and maintenance.
