Work profile:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Assisting senior accountant in recording daily transactions and preparing final accounts.
Making bank transactions and recording the same.
Attending company meetings.
Responsible for all the day to day office routine works including, attending telephone calls, preparing internal and external correspondence, collecting and distributing faxes.
Making monthly reports.
Preparing and distributing suppliers cheques.
