Sr. STRUCTURAL CAD Coordinator

Strong personal motivation with successful back ground in CAD works ability to grasp the thing quickly and to co-ordinate effectively with colleagues to attain good team result, seeking a Sr. Structural CAD Coordinator.

•Monitoring work productivity of respective discipline draughtsman, General Discipline of the draughtsman in the section, Monitoring and updating of the drawing. Assist the Engineers in drawing preparation, production schedule, Co ordination of structural drawings with other discipline viz. Architectural, mechanical, Electrical, Interior services etc: - Responsible for transfer the information’s, to other teams cad members and also other department. Quality control & Quality Assurance checks for drawing produced in according to international standard.
•Preparation of CAD Design Manual, including ,layer management, pen assignment, cad library, abbreviations, standard details of Structural Drawings.
•Have very good experience in working in high rise building
•Concept & detail drafting of Structural, i.e. fabrication, bar bending schedules & civil.
•Coordination of mechanical services, i.e. ahu, chiller, fcu, ducting, chilled water pipe work, cold and hot water services, steam and condensate pipe work, fire fighting pipe work and drainage.
•Procurement of bar bending schedules & shop drawings.
•Supervising & quality controlling of steel detailing works.
•Preparation of issue register, drawing schedule.
•Ambitious, hard working and committed to excellence.
•Effective communication both oral and written.
•Ability to train and pass on knowledge and experience to others.
•Excellent knowledge & extensive use of international standard codes for detailing specially British and American. Capability to accomplish tasks in stringent time and produced quality deliverables British standards.
•Professional CAD Technician with the Exposure to AutoCAD. Software applications by use of external referencing, multiple view ports, Xref’s, & Clippings. Preparation of blocks, attributes & filtering. Having site experiences with Cad file management checking & documentation
•Self motivated, goal oriented and attention to detail works under
Minimum supervision.
•Good knowledge of computer software field means Ms- Office, MS Project, Power Point, Document Controlling through Acone

Having 18+ years of extensive Structural / Civil / Arch. CAD Coordination and drafting experience in India and Middle East, covering all type of building, developing sketches in to working drawings. Preparing accurate design drawings for all aspects of the assigned project from schematic stage drawings to detailed design stage drawings and also construction stage drawings at the completion of project. As a Cad Coordinator / Sr. CAD Draughtsman responsible for transfer the information’s, coordination etc. to other teams cad members and also other department.
