ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Adroit in identifying new streams for business profit/revenue growth & financial plans to build consumer preference, aspire to clutch the leading functionality of Senior Commercial /Procurement Manager.

1.Communicate & coordinate with local & international vendors for procurement of Raw materials, Consumables and spare parts for plant and machinery.
2.Maintaining Vendors / Customers data summary, catalogues, manuals required for new product (or) existing products redesign.
3.Prepare budget forecast for material Procurement based on sales forecast & analysis every month end.
4.Issue Material Requisition Note to PO issuing department with products spec, standards, qty, schedules & other conditions for floating Enquiries.
5.Placing, Negotiating & finalizing of Local & International Indents.
6.Effectively involved in Inventory and warehouse management and implement FIFO method of stock system.
7.Responsible for preparing estimated costing for new Product Development, Proto Type, and Job order. And making material plan with delivery schedule to required place.
8.Effectively involved in documentation of Import / Export, preparing LC terms and condition chart while opening LC, preparing Shipping instruction for vendors.
9.Supervising day to day transaction & Verifying Purchase order and Payment bills.
10.In-charge for budgetary control, supervising Budget Cash flow and costing.
11.Formulating daily consumption statement & accountable for material inward and outward account.
12.Responsible for Inventory control, Making Standard costing, Actual Costing and cost controlling.
13.Involved in accounts supervision, Invoicing, Payment & Receipt control, making outstanding statement regularly.
14.Audit payroll statement and petty cash account.
15.Interacting with customers, vendors & conducting meeting with them and visit to their Place for audit.
16.Formulating half yearly and annual Job contract account, Operating Expense account, Warehouse/store account, Profit and Loss account.

17.Effectively involved for preparing MIS report such as Budget Plan, Procurement schedule, Delivery schedule, and operating expense statement, Cost control and review.
18.Study and assess customers / suppliers financial soundness, Operating capacity, Quality standards, for fixing payment credit period & other terms
