I am willing to learn and broaden my knowledge in Oil and Gas Industry.

I am graduated from Gunadarma University majoring Industrial Engineering in 2005 with GPA= 3.54 (scale 4). I am is the fastest graduate from University of Gunadarma with 2 years experience as Assistance Laboratory Statistic Industry in this university.

After i have done my study, i am working as Customer Service Officer at Bank Central Asia for 2 years. I have good performance and have some achievement in this company.

I also have one year experience as Quality Engineering Supervisor at PT. Japan Solder less Terminal Indonesia (Electronic/Manufacturing Industry). I am having knowledge about Six Sigma, TQM, and ISO 14000 / ISO 9000. I am familiar with computer (Microsoft Office, SPSS 10.0, Autocad 2000, and Visio Drawing).

Now i am working ass Support Executive at The Hongkong Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd since May 2008.
My responsibility is how to achieve zero customer complaint and serve all customer's with a quality services and perform it properly.
