Professional Experience & Responsibilities handled:
• Analyzing & Reviewing RFQ document from Customer & participate in bid.
• Facilitating the Go/no-go decision process and formulate bid strategies with management.
• Single point responsibility in all technical matters and correspondence with customer.
• Coordinating with various departments such as Design, R&D, Execution, Finance, Tax, Legal to ensure compliance to bidding requirement.
• Developing activity schedule, initial budget /target estimate followed by detail pricing & risk analysis in line with company objectives & guidelines.
• Preparation of responses to post-bid clarifications from Customer and rewrite responses as & when necessary in line with re-validation from Management.
• Participating in customer techno-Commercial meetings/presentations as required to win the order.
• Preparation of lost tender analysis if competitors win the order.
• Securing and managing contracts for Controlled Bolting Services, Valve Services, Tank Cleaning Services & maintenance contracts.

• Bachelor of Technology Specializing in Mechanical Engineering from College of
Engineering Roorkee (2001-2005) / Uttar Pradesh Technical University with
77% (First Div-Hons)

• Intermediate passed from St. Gabriel’s Academy , Roorkee(C.B.S.E.) with 80%

• High school passed from St.John’s Sen. Sec. School, Roorkee(I.C.S.E.) with 79%

• Passed Graduate Aptitude Test In Engineering (GATE,2005) with 96 Percentile

• Conversant with SAP Project System Module
