Around 7 years of multiple experience in the field of Piping and Structural disciplines for multimillion dollar projects in basic & detailed engineering for
i) Oil & Gas Onshore Projects: Pipeline Project, Tank Farms, Metering & Skid packages, Process plants
ii) Oil & Gas Offshore Projects: FPSO, Calm Buoy, Fixed Platforms, Drilling Rigs.

Currently working as Senior Project / Piping Engineer.
Job responsibilities:
Co-ordination with project managers, Clients, Operations, Quality Control, Planning & Procurement departments.
Review of contract in terms of SOW, schedules, etc
Assist Engineering Manager in reviewing project scope, project communications and required follow up actions.
Establish a list of discipline deliverables. Control, monitor and progress these deliverables to an agreed schedule.
Organise and manage the resource requirements as required.
Material take off, issue of inquiries to vendors, vendor’s documents evaluation and approval, issue of purchase requisitions and assisting Procurement for sourcing of right material.
Familiar with various Standards / Codes like ANSI, ASME, API, ASTM, MODU code, SOLAS, FSS, etc.
Experience in dealing with various certifying agencies like ABS, GL, etc
Interface with Engineering with various disciplines for the timely output of Engineering Deliverables, project coordination and planning.
Administer Change control over project scope and monitoring and controlling of KPI’s.
Development, review and finalization of plot plans, equipment layouts and piping GA’s
Material take off, issue of inquiries to vendors, vendor’s documents evaluation and approval, issue of purchase requisitions and assisting Procurement for sourcing of right material.
Review of interdisciplinary drawings and vendor drawings / documents
Preparation of bid estimates for proposal group and Technical clarifications.
Develop datasheets, specification, and requisitions for valves and piping
Material engineering, selection & substitution of materials
Detail engineering activities like construction isometrics, pipe supports, shop drawings, etc.
Client & Inter-department liaison.
Project drawings, specification and P&ID review as per contract terms and notification of client.
Responsible for personal safety and working within the OHS procedures

Currently pursuing for Certified Cost Engineer certification from AACE, USA.
