During this period I have done more than 400 Nos. different kinds of Industrial, Commercial, Institutional and Residential types Building successfully Inspected in and around Greater Toronto Areas.

Worked as a Senior Lecturer at METRO College of Technology, 203 College Street, Toronto, Canada from January 2005 to October 2006. During this period I was Teaching BUILDING SCIENCE, HOME INSPECTION and ONTARIO BUILDING CODE courses for the student and also Inspected different Types of Buildings.

During this period I worked the detail drawings of Plan, Elevation, and Sections of 6 NOS. TOWER Projects at DUBAI WESTSIDE MARINA, United Arab Emirates. Also I worked for detail drawings of wall sections, Pre-Cast Panel Profile and Curtain Walls.

Worked as a Chief Draftsperson from September 25,1981 to September 06,1986 under German state owned company M/S. WSSB in their giant project for design and Installation of Civil,Electrical Signaling and Telecommunication work for BAGHDAD-ALQUIM ¡V AKASHAT RAILWAY Project which is 522 km long and 28 number of new Railway station. During this project I worked on Civil, Electrical, Signalling and Telecommunication details drawing. Also Field survey & Supervised the design department.
