• CTO/Vice President. Products for the banking industry included a CRM system, Toxic Waste Information System, and a commercial loan disbursement management system.

• CIO/Director of Development. Subscription based software products. This company produces a CRA and HMDA analysis program for auditing bank compliance with federal lending laws.

• Manager. Managed, designed and built a fund accounting system for the Sultanate of Oman. This multi-location international and offshore development took place in San Diego, CA, Washington D.C., India and Oman.

• Senior Manager. Managed IT department and infrastructure as well as Project Management Office (PMO), customer support, QA and deployments.

• Technical manager of a $14 million wireless gas and electric utility computer aided dispatching system project. This project improved customer service and saved $250,000 per month. Managed technology, development, testing, implementation, and data center for these new systems.

• Senior IT Process Reengineering Consultant for the initial seed group specifying the scope of a $50 million IT project of a major gas and electric utility. It included merger consolidation, process reengineering, requirements definition, project schedule and staff reorganization plan.
