Sr.project Engineer

„Ï Preparation of overall project schedule from Award of contract to hand over to the client based on the approved drawing.
„Ï Preparation of Bill of materials (BOM) and follow up procurement to meet the project schedule.
„Ï Preparation of Evaluation of the Vendors / Sub contractors based on the project requirements.
„Ï Preparation of Loading plan for various vendor/Sub contractors for our project requirements
„Ï Co ordination & follow-up with Sub-vendors for the sub-ordered materials and get the materials as scheduled for timely delivery of the products.
„Ï Coordinating & Managing all project activities both within our organization and client.
„Ï Scheduling with the available man-power resources & materials meet the project delivery
„Ï Preparation of design change note and non conformance report for various type of materials/components.
„Ï Prepare cash flow analysis, timely realization of payment from clients.
„Ï Co ordination / Conducting weekly review meeting with inter departmental heads for job progress to meet the PO delivery schedule of the equipments.
„Ï Prepare written reports on project status for review by management and makes presentations to customer and company representatives.
„Ï Represent company, project and/or department with client and project management requirements.
„Ï Interfaces all departments as required to resolve problems, ensures contractual requirements and quality in support of overall project schedule.
„Ï Monitoring of site progress and preparation of weekly look ahead to maintain objectives and agreed milestones.
„Ï To ensure that the Project is controlled and executed to meet client specifications, contractual and delivery requirements.
„Ï Approach client for acceptance of any technical deviations with proper justification / clarification and get the issues resolved for smooth execution of the project and timely delivery of the equipments.
„Ï Identifying potential additional costs, due to any additional scope or changes made by client during execution stage of the project and submits cost adders, claims if any delivery implications.
„Ï Initiating and following up on client invoicing, monitoring and controlling projects costs / budgeting.
„Ï Monitor and track all change orders / change request, review of claims and/or request for compensation.

Qualification : Diploma in Engineering

Concentration : Mechanical Engineering
Class / % Marks obtained : First class 75.16%

1. Magnetic Particle Testing ¡V Level II (ASNT)
2. Liquid Penetrant Testing ¡V Level II (ASNT)
3. Radiographyt Testing ¡V Level II (ASNT)
