Senior Technical Drilling Fluids Engineer

I'm looking fowrward to work in managment carrier for the drilling fluids(Mud)outside Egypt in the middle east.

I worked for 2 years as chemicals Engineer to quality control production facilities (oil treatment) and water injection plant. The next two years worked as mud supervisor for drilling and work over operations. The rest of my experience is mud Engineer with M-I swaco company.

My First year in PETROBEL I worked as a chemist in oil and water injection laboratories as a quality control for oil and water treatment and also shipped oil quality. I had good knowledge about processing and treatment sequence of oil, I performed many evaluation tests for supplied chemicals (i.e. Demulsifies, H2S scavengers, Biocides, Poly electrolytes, oxygen scavengers and scale inhibitors), I had also good knowledge about processing and treatment sequence of sea water to be ready for injection into reservoir and control the quality of the injection water. My next oilfield experience was 3 years working as mud supervisor and coordinator in PETROBEL drilling operation. I evaluated with API tests many mud products supplied by mud companies, I have been learned and applied how to follow up the operation for five rigs at the same time and discus drilling fluids events, cost, inventory, operation situation and future operation with mud engineer on each rig individually. I have the ability to prepare drilling fluids program according to geological proposal& drilling program for any well, prepare also the summery and mud recap with representative charts for every drilled well. I have been worked with M-I Swaco-Egypt for 8 years in Egypt and outside Egypt as mentioned in my C.V. I'm involved in deep water drilling operations with Shell, IEOC and BP.
I have been worked as project engineer for M-I swaco in Egypt and I'm responsible for drilling fluids activites in ENA, Qarun& Eshpetco and Marina companies.

I joined to Faculty of Science (Cairo University) Chemistry Department. I finished my Study in chemistry department with very good evaluation.

I have been worked outside Egypt with M-I swaco in Jordan and Lybia and Tunisia.I'm married with one boy my wife is a doctor and she is fluent in french language.I had ADVANCED MUD SCHOOL at MI Houston Facility for 2 weeks
, One Trax Software at MI Cairo Facility for One Week, and H2S Training from Maersk Seminar. I attended in Cairo University WELL CONTROL course for Two Weeks, Drilling Problems for Two Week, and Completion& Production Stimulation for two weeks.
I have very good computer skills. Also my communications skills are very high with client supervisors and representatives. I have the ability to prepare mud program for any well according to geological data and well geometry. I used to finalized recap and summary for drilled wells with representative charts.
I have the ability for technical induction.

I used to work on highly evaluation devices for lab. I can use particle size distribution, Fann-75, Brook Field viscometer. Also Evaluation of mud product especially used for drilling HPHT wells. I did many pilot tests for the latest released systems from M-I swaco.
