Job Responsibilities
• Preparing ITP (inspection test plan), method statement for execution of project.
• Installation and commissioning of Distribution Transformer and generator (50KVA to 1250 KVA)
• Installation of new 4.16KVA transformer bus ducts control gears and switchgear, reconnection and testing of power and control cable
• Installation of earth plate and grounding system arrangement in plant area
• Termination of panel board switch gears installation commissioning and maintenance of power testing and megger testing, HI-POT test.
• Supervision of the commissioning of the new lab battery system installation, and cable laying of instrumentation, LV, MV power cable.
• Assistance to install the field instruments like solenoid, limit switches, temperature transmitters, control valves .
• Site surveillance to check the construction work and give some comments if necessary according to standard installation.
• Electrical supervisor for shut down activities, Inspection, purchasing, utilizing of spares for electrical projects.
• Progress update and preparation of weekly progress reports and variance charts.
• Ensuring implementation of quality control plan, procedures and inspection & Plan.
