Having more than 6 years experience in Welding, Piping Supervision and Inspection related to Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Pipeline Projects involving QA/QC activities such as monitoring, inspection, testing, witness, surveillance inspection and advice of fabrication, welding and mechanical activities. Inspection and notification of all items & review mill certificates. Preparing Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) & Procedure Qualification Record (PQR). Witness of Welder Qualification Test (WQT) as per relevant codes and specifications. Review RT films according to ASME, API, AWS D1.1 and other standards. Witness Hydro test, Pneumatic Test as per the inspection test plan and final inspection of all completed items. Carryout notification order from QAQC Manger and submit inspection and compliance record. Attend construction progress meetings, quality meetings. Monitoring fabrication and erection activities as per approved ITP, Project Quality Plan, Client specifications, applicable international codes, AFC drawings, Method statements, various quality control procedures etc. Monitoring the repair rate, non conformances, areas of concerns, advising corrective actions and ensuring project documentation and records. Review of Piping Test Packs, preparation of punch list, carry out pre-commissioning checks witness Flushing and Pressure Testing, review of project dossiers and as built drawings. Review and monitoring of subcontractor¡¦s Quality Documents, QA/QC procedures Method statements and TPI records. Monitor the various NDT activities/techniques been carried out at site. Advise contractor during critical activities, or during conflict of codes, specifications and give technical inputs. Surveillance and hold point stage wise inspection to avoid Concerns, advising corrective actions and ensuring Critical failure, identify the non compliance and proposing Corrective action at correct stage. Inspecting and monitoring all painting activities as per project specifications and standards.
