Job Responsibilities: Field Engineer (Offshore Pipeline laying),
Pipeline Engineer (Modification/construction of Lay-Barge, S-LAY),
Field Engineer (Revamp of Offshore Pipeline- demolition, construction).
Field Engineer (Marine – Anchor Mooring Pattern for Lay and Work Barges.)
Job Description:
 Interpret and Review of MTO in relation to pipeline requirements.
 Supervising of Offshore Pipeline Laying in line with Client specifications.
 Offshore pipeline Design and Material selection in line with industry and
international codes and standards. (ASME, API, ANSI, ASTM etc)
 Planning and Scheduling of all onshore/offshore fabrication works in
relation to Pipeline works.
 Project Engineer in-charge of Pipeline work in Chevron, Addax fields.
 Modification of a Pipeline-lay barge (S-LAY) to meet international standard.
 Interface with other discipline engineers during structural/piping design
development and subsequent review of engineering deliverables.
 Interpreting Pipeline rout drawings.
 Experience in Pipeline coating systems, connection Design and installation
analysis.
 Preparation of Mooring pattern and Anchor position of Lay-barge.
 Experience in Riser system and non-linear analysis of pipeline.
 Structural design of all onshore and offshore fabrication, construction
and installation works in relation to Offshore pipeline laying.
 Interpret and Review of Engineering drawing in relation to structural design
requirements.
 General supervision of fabrication, construction and installation to
meet design requirements of Client.
 Mooring Pattern and Anchor Positioning of work Barge for Mobil NIG
