1.organize and control the work of civil servants and workers at the department.
2.Organize the support of internet administration portal.
3.initiate and organise information's system analisys, disigning, creation and implementation works, arrange communication purchasing of technical tasks.
4.initiate the purchasing of information technologies services, computer, software telephonic, faclimile communication, arrange communication purchasing of technical tasks.
5.analyse the needs of administration structured department in information technologies field, also contribute offers regarding administration or it's structured department's individual activity, compiuterizing, usable computers, softwares, telephonic and faclimile modernization, communication expenses for facilities etc.
8.prepare reports regarding information technologies, also provide other institutions with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.diagnose computer installation, technical breaking and organise maintenance works.
11.administrate the control system of computerised Administration documents.
12.implement hydrographical information systems and warrant their running on the computers at workplace.
13.warrant sustained AIS computer system running, database exchange between the Administration AIS computer net and the AIS of other countries.
represent Administration in international and interdepartmental information technologies projects.*
