„u Over 18 years of experience in rotating equipment engineering in LNG plant & petrochemical plants in India & Gulf.
„u Presently associated with Ragas, Qatar as Sr. Rotating Equipment Engineer. Currently handling all rotating equipment activities in two LNG plants (each of capacity 4.7 mtpa) and one NGL plant.
„u Provide technical assistance to operational and maintenance department on analysis, diagnosis and solution of rotating equipments issues
„u Possess experience in reliability engineering including development of equipment strategy, spare optimization, reliability modeling, and spare equipment operation philosophy.
„u Demonstrated abilities in managing
„X Trouble shooting, RCA, RCFA, performance evaluation, condition monitoring.
„X Equipment sizing, data sheet review, bid evaluation, preparation of purchase requisition. Preparation of scope of work / supply.
„X Hazop study, P& ID review, vendor quality plan review, Inspection, pre-commissioning & commissioning support.
„u Deft in swiftly ramping up projects well within time, cost and quality parameters encompassing planning, resource utilization, maintenance & manpower management.
„u Proficiency in designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods; diagnosing breakdown problems; monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
„u Proven skills in adopting cost effective maintenance practice for machinery reliability and availability with zero SHE non compliance
„u Experience in Gas Turbine (GE Fr-7, Fr-6, Fr-5), Centrifugal Compressor ( Propane refrigeration compressor, Mixed Refrigeration Compressor, Off Gas Compressor, Fuel Gas Compressor , Residue Gas Compressor, Cracked Gas Compressor, Methane , Propylene refrigeration compressor), Special Purpose Steam Turbine, Reciprocating Compressor (Acid Gas Injection Compressor, Ethylene , Propylene Refrigeration Compressor) , Turbo Expander Compressor ( Magnetic bearing, lubricated bearing) , Dry Gas seal ,Single stage & Multistage Centrifugal Pump ( LNG, NGL, Ethane, Propane ), LNG & MR Hydraulic Turbine and Driving Gearbox etc.
„u Well versed with Surge control, performance control, Gas turbine control through Mark VI, Condition monitoring using System-1.
„u Possesses strong communication, relationship management, analytical and organisational abilities. Experience of working in cross-cultural and multi-lingual environments.
