To be a part of a company where I can apply and enhance my knowledge in my field of study. Especially in fields where I can involve on improving the process and quality systems through engineering approach.

Safety Officer - Conduct Accident Investigation and prepare report for submission to Shell; monitor/ensure completion of action steps / recommendations.Recommend and issue appropriate Personal Protective Equipments for all staff and monitor their issuance and use.Act as Brigade Team Leader on Emergency Response Team.Conduct safety inspection of vehicles and workshop.Conduct Toolbox Meetings with drivers on a weekly basis or at least once a week. Ensure that action items are generated by toolbox meetings and are documented for monitoring.Update Road Hazards.

Quality Assurance Engineer - Performs internal quality audit to assure management that the quality system is effectively achieving the planned quality objectives. Focal person of the company for all quality related issue and changes.Focal person of the company for all quality related issue and changes.
Responsible in analyzing and providing improvement on process controls in able to minimized rejections that is resulting to monetary lost.Reviews machine and equipment related mechanical fixture performance trend and conducts root cause analysis of major or recurring failures. Based of findings, able to conceptualized design and implement needed fixes, improvements and modification on the equipment stability and reliability.
