With more than 23 years of extensive experiences in structural,civil/building,piping,equipment and E&I of engineering practices mainly in oil, gas, petrochemical, industrial facilities,buildings,roads & earthworks in the fields of construction supervision, project management, engineering /design,procurement,planning,commissioning,inspection,estimating,cost analysis,fabrication,erection and integrated maintenance Familiar and conversant with various industry of International Codes and Standards.Can work with less supervision and under pressure, easily adapt to any working environment, extreme weather conditions and flexible in dealing multi nationalities and cultures. Maintains high priority and adhere safety standards, procedures & comply with Health, Safety & Environment managementˇ¦s requirements. Review MOS (Method of Statements), JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) and rigging/lifting plan. Involved and conduct investigation using Tap root & SCAT Analysis-Investigation pocedures. Have wide experienced in operation of high H2S content facilities and muster drill evacuation to Muster points & SIP (Shelter in Place). Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Technological Institute of the Philippines.

Licensed Civil Engineer duly registered by Philippine Regulation Commission.

Conversant to use Complete IT/WinPCS for tracking punch lists and turnover systems & ProArc for extracting documents from Engineering,Isometrics,P & ID & Vendor and other work package requirements (ISOˇ¦s,Structural,Concrete layout/rebars,Architectural,Vendor drawings etc.)
