Presently working as an Assistant Manager (Instrumentation) at Birla Cellulosic,Karach
The process of Viscose Staple Fibre is a continuous chemical process & the accurate process control is achieved by most modern distributed controls & programmable logic controls. High level of automation eliminates human error and ensures trouble free operation of the process.
Presently working with Birla cellulosic in Auxiliary plant as Assistant Manager Instrumentation.
The major challenges for the position are :-
1.Ensuring smooth operation of instrumentation and control system to maximise availability of process control loops for smooth operation of the process.
2.Ensuring availability of critical spares within budgeted frame of maintenance without effecting productivity and maintaining quality norms.
3.Up gradation of system in rapidly changing development field of process Control & Instrumentation.

B.E/B.Tech in Instrumentation

•Undergone two times five days training on “Allen Bradley PLC system by prolific systems & technologies Ltd. Pune, Maharashtra.
•Undergone Three days training on “Siemens Make PLC system by prolific systems & technologies Ltd. Pune, Maharashtra.
•Undergone two days training on “Total Organic carbon of basic fundamental knowledge” by Saksham Ltd,Mumbai, Maharashtra
•Undergone five days training on “Experion-PKS” by Honeywell Automation Ltd. Pune, Maharashtra

•D.C.S.: TATA HONEYWELL makes TDC3000 (Point building, graphic preparation, control language writing, maintenance).Also recently installation & commissioning of Experion PKS300 of Honeywell.
•P.L.C.: Allen Bradley Makes SLC 5/03 & Micrologix 1000&1100, Siemens SIMATIC S7.
