Processing of raw natural gas to pipe line requirements, waste water treatment and disposal system, processing of condensate (fractionationation) into motor spirit(MS) & high speed diesel(HSD)

As a Project Engineer (Process) I have the responsibility to assist the Project Manager(Drilling & Workover Project) and as well as design, engineering & Installation of Natural Gas Processing plants with associated facilities. As project engineer company official engaged me as the member-secretory of four projects; such as i) Eengagement of foreign consultants to assist the company for consultancy services for drilling & workover/ recompletion at different wells and installation of gas process plants under the project, ii) Engagement of local firm in connection with providing Initial Environment Examination (IEE) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) services and obtained clearance from department of environment (DOE), iii) Installation gas process plants and gas gathering pipelines with associated facilities and iv) Installation of gas booster compressors to increases the sales line pressure. For the projects my duties included preparation of National & International tender document with evaluation criteria, evaluation of bids in terms of technical and financial criteria, preparation of evaluation reports, preparation of Board papers for the approval of the respective reports from the approval authority and at last preparation of draft contract to the responsive bidder for the required project.

Industrial Accident and Safety Management. Conducted by the Institute of Engineers’ Bangladesh (IEB), Dhaka, Bangladesh. Safety program in modern day’s plant operation becomes integral part and obligatory item because of the Moral or ethical obligation, Legal obligation and Financial obligation. The main objective of the training is to create awareness towards Safety and try to make them to contribute the best ways to prevent accident prevention.
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) & Programmable Instrument. Organized by Training Institute for Chemical Industries (TICI), Palash, Narsingdi, Bangladesh. Here we learn the automation programmed, logic of the controlled system and the instruments in which the PLC can be used.
