To participate and enhance more in new construction technique in the field of oil and gas construction

Twenty (20) years of experience in construction implementation/
supervision and project management. Seven (7) years working in GCC countries.

Involve in the construction of high rise buildings from start up foundation up to architectural - finishing works. Structural steel & civil works, heavy concrete works, sewerage and pumping stations, infrastructure and earthworks. Involved in the construction of electrical facilities such as substation, underground cable laying (high voltage & low voltage cables) and mechanical piping / plumbing works.

Involve in the construction of Brunei Shell Refinery, Brunei Darussalam and in the construction of building and MEP facilities inside ADCO refinery compound (Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil operation). Well verse in the Permit to Work (PTW) system. Familiar and have knowledge of HSES standards and procedures. Participate in the daily HSES inspections of the total site including temporary facilities.

Experience in Managerial position concerning monitoring of ongoing construction executed by general contractors and sub-contractors. Cost control and value engineering of the project, Quantity Surveying (quantity take-off) and Analyze program schedule of the project thru Primavera. Knowledge of QA/QC standard procedures and execution including preparation of Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), construction’s Method Statement (MS) and other supporting documents related to quality and assurance.

Degree holder: Bachelor of Science in Civil engineering - 5 years course, University of the East, Manila, Philippines; Computer Aided drafting & Design-1990 Access Computer Center
