(1)Currently working in FAL ENERGY as Terminal operator (Dec 2008 till the date) Types of business: Storage of Fuel oil and Gas oil. Marine loading and discharging, bunkering truck loading .This terminal having 60 thousand cubic meter capacity tank farm, blending unit, hot oil heater unit , truck loading station ,bunkering point and one berthing jetty.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN TERMINAL
„« Gauging, sampling and line- up of tanks
„« Operation and maintenance of cargo pumps and gen set
„« Loading and discharging of tanks to & from vessels
„« Maintaining loading rate
„« Dewatering tanks& tank preparation
„« Line venting
„« Fuel oil Blending operations
„« Logging of reading and sample collection
„« Attending truck filling
„« Jetty operations
„« Coordinating berthing of vessels with pilot.
„« Maintain safe operation and safe working procedure
„« General housekeeping
„« Routine checks in all terminal facilities
„« Inspection of hot, cold work permit& safe precautions

1. Loading arm ( EMCO WHEATION )capacity of 1600 metric cube per hour
2. Cargo pumps(gear pumps, centrifugal pumps and submersible pumps)capacity of 670-800 cubic meter per hour

During this period I got training in SCADA, MCC (Motor control center) hot oil heater (Thermo fluid)
(2) Feb 2006 to Jun 2008 with MIDDLE EAST LUBRICANTS (Join venture of BP, EXXON MOBIL and EMARAT), Jabel ali Free zone, Dubai, PO BOX -1699 as Junior plant operator. The company engaged in the operation of lube oil blending, testing, filling, packing and forwarding to the supply chain
