Position: Blasting Painting Superintendent
Responsible for site planning, work procedure, training of local employees,
Managing the entire blasting painting department and all equipments. Ensure work is completed safely within schedule & according to specifications.

Achievements: I had train 60 workers that have no experience in blasting painting & handling blasting painting equipment. Currently they are able to blast & paint according specification & handle equipment safely.

Keppel Fels Singapore (2005–2008)
Position: Shipwright Assistant Manager (Blasting Painting)
Responsible for manpower arrangement, schedule planning, accessing contractor blasting painting standard, ensure work is carry out according to specification, educate Qc and ensure project complete in time. I lead and manage more than 500 workers daily.

Achievements: When I was still a shipwright superintendent in keppelfels, I am the only one who conducts mass QC training to trainee QC. I train them the defects which need to be look out for during QC check and the standard of Sspc & Nace. Thru out my years with keppelfels I have train and educate more than 80 workers which are from Myanmar, India, China & Bangladesh.

Jotun Singapore (2001– 2005)
Position: Coating Inspector
Responsibility, are giving coating advice to yard and contractors, carry out inspection, ensure that the painting spec for rigs is correct and carry out test such as destructive and non destructive.

Achievements: I have train and educate 7 new trainee coating advisor during my service with Jotun. During the peak I manage 3 new build projects at a time.
