Making BOQ as per site requirement.
Getting the Design Approved by the client or concern dept.
Arrangements of Raw Materials (Material resource planning & management)
Implementation of the design at site.
Co-ordination at site for the dependent work.
Periodic project status reporting to consultant and client with documentation.


System Configuration of BMS system with AHU, Fire, MSD,MD, Lifts and Elevators and Electrical panels .
Installation, Testing and Commissioning with Client.
Installation, Testing Commissioning and trouble shooting of BMS System
Handover of projects to client with proper documentation.
