• Over 18 years of rich experience (12 years in Oil & Gas) as a Planning and Cost Control Engineer. Effectively handled the jobs of Project Planning and Scheduling, Maintenance Planning, Shutdown Planning, Quantity Survey and Estimation, Budgeting & Cost Control, Cost Analysis, Contract Administration and Construction.
• Since May 1997 working with reputed Middle East Oil Companies. Presently working with QATAR PETROLEUM (QP) Refinery in Mesaieed, Doha, Qatar. Previously Worked as Project Planning Engineer for SAUDI ARAMCO Riyadh Refinery Projects.
• Highly experienced Planning and Scheduling Engineer to handle Critical Projects, Plant Maintenance and Major Shutdowns. Effectively handled Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation scope for Refineries and Petrochemical plants. Excellent logic and Scheduling Skills. Planned, Scheduled and implemented enormous EPIC, Construction, Plant Maintenance and Major T/A Shutdowns using P3 - Primavera Project Planner and produced all the required Resource Loadings, CPM Network analysis.
• Familiar with Budgeting, Cost Control and Contracting Systems. Developed Annual Budgets and Refinery Contracts. Carried out CAPEX, OPEX & NR Budget Monitoring, Cost Recovery and Back Charging. Well versed with Progress Monitoring requirements, Quantity Measurements, Tracking, Reports, Graphics, Progress analysis and controlling.
• Coordinated departmental TQM (Total Quality Management) activities and able to analyze problems and bottlenecks to develop and implement Systems & Procedures for Continuous Improvement at work place.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic to accept challenges. Work under minimum supervision, Pro-active, Dynamic, Influential, train and offer guidance to colleagues and sub-ordinates. Ability to motivate and handle various Discipline Engineers (CME&I) using the close co-ordination and negotiation skills for the Success and timely Completion of Projects.
