Roles and Responsibilities: Heading the commercial group of the Unit with a team of 78 people. Including 6 warehouse managers and 12 executives. The Position is reporting to the Managing director.
Ensure proper and timely completion of documentation/data entry for warehouse transaction.
Provide day to day supervision of warehouse activities
Controlled and completed documentation for clients accounts.
Responsible for materials expediting and customs clearance control
Perform periodic physical inventories and cycle counts,
Responsible for importation and exportation management of Customs formalities process
Coordinate all support services needed including materials supplies contactor, responsible for cost, contract and procurement management.
Manage purchasing of material and services in order to ensure on-time deliveries and proper quality
Ensure handling, storage and shipment of materials conform to industry standards and company procedures.
Transportation of materials by road, rail air and sea.
Negotiation of competitive contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.

Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinating the Materials Management group (Stores & Purchase both ), responsible for All materials management functions, such as Purchasing of goods & services from Domestic and Global sources, Stores & Inventory management, Sub contacting Vendor development, and Cost management etc. The Position was reporting to the Manager materials.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Self drafting and corresponding, Scrap reconciliation and disposal.
Supervision of loading/unloading, packing/unpacking and dispatching of entire range of store by Road, Rail, Air, Sea
Preservation of store from deterioration, disinfection of infested stores
Purchase and procurement of various stores from Indigenous sources including purchase from local market at competitive prices,
Inviting Tenders and their finalization for Bulk purchases and for the contract of essential services for organization /establishment,
Eductation
Education - College, incl. Trade certificate
- Bachelor degree in commerce
- Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) Tally 7.2
- Certificate for Trade/Practical accounting
- National trade certificate in electronics and communication
