Reading, filtering & responding to all incoming e-mails of Manager as requested.
Co-ordinating communications among the team members
Acting as custodian of documents & records
Assisting in facilitating meetings, presentations & workshops as requested

Responsible for a variety of administrative duties:
Responsible for effective office administration by ensuring smooth running of office and administration matters, procurements
Preparing official letters and documents, including identity cards, etc
Responsible for maintaining and compiling the Modifications Team, cost engineering guidelines, comprising – Details from the contractors procedures, desktop flowcharts, templates etc
To assist with the assurance process, by periodical audits to ensure that, all parties are working within these guidelines and to strive to constantly improve the processes that are being used.
Creating Desktop Requisitions, LVM (Low Value Materials) and LVS (Low Value Service) orders/ SWO (Service Work Order),Variation Orders raising and follow-up in Maximo;
Gathering data (processes/ procedures/templates/guidelines, etc)
Organise & maintain the Cost Engineering shared drive, with the latest reports, procedures, correspondence etc received from Contractors, and Clients
Manage the electronic filing system to keep all reports, historic cost data and audit documents (such as Management approvals of VOWD calculations, DRs, commitment (and support), forecasts etc in a logical and easily retrievable sequence.
