Heavy use of ManageWise, OpenView for analysis/trending of Cisco routers and NT Servers. Knowledge of Novell 4X, NT servers basic operations was indispensable on a mixed Novell /NT /HP /Cisco /others environment. Also performed as the AT & T - S.F. Command Center digital circuit’s liaison team member. Obtained a CCNA from CISCO. Systems Support Analyst in the NetWare Operating Systems department, IL. Team work overseeing 978+ Novell servers nationwide from May ‘97 to Dic ‘98. Coordinated the space management for top 63 critical corporate servers. Obtained a CNA5 from Novell.
