•Louis pharamacy-Heliopolis , October 2003 till July 2005.
The main responsibilities were as follows:
 Improving the pharmacy image by using my ability to communicate with various classes of the society, answer questions, and provide information on drug indication, interaction, dosage etc.
 Increased sales during work shift by using my experience to handle OTC requests, generic substitution.
 Designed an easy-to-use filling system for the stock to prevent needless requests of these products in future. This would consequently reduce pharmacy expenses.
 Developed ability to manage multi-tasks at the same time.
