QUALIFICATIONS:

High diploma in industrial chemistry

I am a panel operator with 17 years of hands - on experience in a world scale LPG plant at Bethioua (Algeria):
. four years as panel operator respnsable for one train
• five years as a senior operator in LPG plant consisting of six separation and refrigeration trains, utilities, Propane and butane storage and shipping facilities, also propane, butane Lorry loading area.
• Five years as field operator responsible for the one LPG train consisting of two separation columns and liquefaction unit and hot oil unit used in the column re-boilers. The liquefaction unit uses a propane loop to liquefy the propane and butane.
• Four years as field operator responsible of the liquefaction unit in the process train and the gas turbine used in the propane loop.
• Preparation of equipments before handover to maintenance.
• Dealing with hot and cold work permits.
• Follow up of maintenance activities.
• Startup and shut down of the units.


WORK EXPERIENCE

Sonatrach GP1Z (Bethioua, Algeria)
• Checking the running equipments in utility and process area. The utility area consists of 16 LPG spheres, 05 air compressors, and two desalination units.
• Preparation of equipments before handover to maintenance.
• Follow up of maintenance activities in my area.
