•Trouble shooting, problem solving and job execution, minimising downtime of operating plants. Shop floor co-ordination, job allocation, man management, monitoring production and output and analysis of variance.
•Maintenance of plant equipment, preventive and shut down maintenance.
•Interdepartmental co-ordination among production, marketing, purchase and stores.
•Production planning for optimising machine output, manpower, etc. material and process control activities, material requirement planning, productivity improvement methods, scheduling of jobs, performance reports.
•Development of design and engineering for projects and products.
•Fabrication of engineering items, new products with associated tools required.
•Project feasibility studies, tendering, estimating, bid evaluation and recommendation, energy audit, plant betterment activities.
•Design and preparation of engineering drawings. Able to read intricate engineering drawings.
•Site management .
