Challenging position in Petroleum Engineering career where I can enhance & develop my technical & interpersonal skills & to apply them as well.

» MARCH 2006 TILL PRESENT:
Working as Petroleum Engineer in subsurface operation section at Khalda Petroleum Company (KPC), which is a joint venture company, established in 1986 between Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) & Apache, USA to work in Western Desert, south of Marsa Matrouh City. Currently KPC is producing ±90 MSTBO & condensate through many fields in western desert.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ARE UNDERTAKEN IN SAFE, TIME & COST EFFECTIVE MANNER:
 Site supervision of some rig operations such as DST, TCP perforation & stimulation (acid or hydraulic fracturing).
 Site supervision of some rig-less operations such as acid stimulation, perforation (through TBG perforation & CSG gun) & ESP backwash (acid or water).
 Site supervision of coiled tubing operations (stimulation techniques, N2 Lifting techniques & cleaning operation).
 Site supervision of wire line operations (tag runs, BHP surveys & Fishing operations)
 Site supervision of production testing (gas & oil wells).
 Create and maintain a well performance database such as production & injection history, pressure history, work-over history, ESP & SRP database and using these databases for production optimization.
 Optimizing field production related to each well coordinating with production division for all matters relevant to day production and injection operation.
 Discuss & investigate ESP & SRP associated trouble shootings with the field staff & then issue the preventive or the corrective action programs.
 Initiating, optimizing and applying the short and medium term remedial action.
 Planning and implementation of reservoir monitoring programs including production logging (PLT) & bottom hole pressure surveys (BHPS).
 Flowing wells on optimum oil choke or running ESP on optimum frequency using production software’s.
 Preparing completion design for oil wells (natural, ESP & SRP) & water injection wells (single & single selective).
 Preparing well schematic, completion and well history.
 Preparing work-over program for (water shut off, recompletion, selective stimulation, and reservoir monitoring surveys).
 Monitor the production and plan for the field operation.
 Well testing and logging interpretation.
