• Leading Technical (5+ Technical IT professionals from different disciplines of IT e.g.: Network Engineers and IT Security Specialists) and Sales Departments.

• Project manager for several large scale network projects: Rafo SA Onesti, Carom SA, City Council Onesti (fiber optics, routers, switches, firewalls – Cisco, 3COM, Nortel, Allied Telesys, PBX – Samsung, Telrad)
• Produced system/network documentation/SLA and IT Policies
• Planning and implementing Microsoft infrastructures (Windows 2000, 2003 Active Directory (multisite, multi domain, single forest), ISA Server, Exchange, SMS, MOM, VPN, security using PKI, IPSec, Forefront Client Security) on HP and Compaq servers at different size companies: RAFO SA, Carom Onesti, City Council Onesti, Termon CT Onesti, etc.
• Managed and maintained Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory Forests for several major clients by providing operating systems rollouts/installs, group policy and security configuration, Level 3 support for mission-critical servers and network active equipments, maintained and applied security and operating system patches and enhancements on servers and pc’s, maintained system backups and performed system/file restorations on Windows systems.
• Recruited and trained network and desktop support technicians. Trained local administrators on standard network server procedures, including virus protection and other security measures.
