Responsibilities as a stress Engineer:

- Analysed, calculated and specified the mechanical requirements of CALM Buoys (Catenary Anchor Leg Mooring) in regards with the international standards (DNV, ABS Lloyd’s, Noble Denton).
- Carried out hand stress calculations (static fundamental principle, static graphic methodology)
- Engineered efficient mechanical systems which are safe and economic.
- Wrote procedures for specialised removal, maintenance and overhaul of complex mechanical offshore systems and equipment.
- Analysed, calculated and dimensioned the properties, motions, loads and characteristics of fixed and floating mooring systems.
- Monitored and reviewed internal drawings and calculations.

Responsibilities as a Contractor Team Leader:

- Supervised engineering staff.
- Checked, trained and advised two junior contractors for daily job
- Manage and solve any issue on contractor’s material
- Ensured that SBM’s recommendations/modifications have been implemented

- Provided static stress/strain and non-linear buckling analyses to determinate the minimum tests to be carried out.
