Provide Consulting Services to International Project Teams. Travel to Chevron¡¦s worldwide strategic business units and evaluate Project status,
and develop Operations plans for successive CPDEP phases for projects.
Facilitate OA Gap Analyses & Workshops, Phase 1 Framing Sessions, PEP Development, Lessons Learned, Operations Risk Assessments, OE (HES) Assessments, Operations Readiness Reviews (ORR1/2); Instruct OA101/201; SME for OE/OA Peer Assists & Peer Reviews. Recently facilitated an Operations Readiness Review (ORR2) as the Team Lead & SME for the Tombua Landana Project in Angola.
