Upstream process operation, Well head operation, DCS operation, Well skilled Delta V system operation. Commissioning and upgrading process. Safe operation manner to handle the oil and gas separation, water injection unit, gas injection unit, gas export unit, utility support unit for Dual fuel turbines, boilers, all utility compressors and Nitrogen generators and chemical handling unit. Well versed in PTW and safety equipment operations and knowledge. Operations of reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, Gas sweetening unit and Gas dehydration unit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Patrolling and monitoring all parameters, running conditions and abnormalities
• Reporting any abnormalities immediately to my production supervisor and take possible corrective action.
• Responding immediately for any fire and gas detection alarm, reporting and updating the situations to CCR.
• Co ordinate with the contractors and co workers.
• Readings taking, recording and maintaining the daily log sheets.
• Efficient start up, safe shut down and routine operation for a smooth running plant.
• According to the work permit, preparation for the job (isolating the required valves, ask CCR to inhibit the nearby detectors, draining, venting, flushing, purging, H2S&HC concentration checking) and putting tags according to the valve isolation statement and hand over to the work permit responsible technician.
• Checking the rotating equipments conditions like abnormal sound, vibration, lube oil level, any leaks, nut and bolts tensioned, etc.
• Efficient pumps changing over, start, stop, checking the line up, priming if need, checking the vibration, abnormal sound, leakage, etc.
• Pumps seal pot pressure, level maintaining.
• Start and stop the pumps locally in emergency situation.
• Wells, compressors, Turbines, GSU and GDU start up preperations, start up and shutdown.
• Assisting the maintenance dept whenever required.
