Responsibilities
-Material Inspection:- Inspection of incoming materials such as checking identification marks, correlation with Test Certificates, Dimensions and Quantity.
-Welding Procedure Qualification & Welder Test:- Witness the Qualification of the Welding Procedure, Welder Test, Witness the Mechanical Test for the WPS, Preparation of PQR & Documentation.
-Fabrication Inspection:- Stage wise Inspection of fabrication activities, Fit-up, Weld Visual Inspection etc as per Isometric and Installation of the fabricated Pipe spools as per GAD & P&ID.
-Radiographic Interpretation:- Offering of joints for Radiography, Interpretation of Radiographs and Report Preparation etc.
-Interpretation of other NDT:- Inspection of PT, MPT & UT as applicable in the Drawings and Client Specifications.
-PWHT/Stress relieving:- Supervision and Inspection of local Stress relieving for the weld joints and review of the graph & records.
-Hydro Test:- Witness the Hydro test of pipe spools fabricated at site and the documentation.
