I am Govind Talwar. Right now, working for “PWC Logistics – Warehouse / Yard – Logistics Operation” Since 21 Sept 2004 in the US Defence Project – Southwest Asia (DDKS – CENTCOM) as a Team Leader. This mission provides & supplies from Kuwait to other parts of middle east for War fighters. (U.S. Centre of Command)
I have got 18 Years of experience in Service and Warehousing industry , with sound knowledge and strong background. Here with, I have mentioned some of basic job responsibilities for my daily operation.
Main Job Responsiblities
= Receiving Materials from Ports (Shuaiba / Shuwaikh & Ahmadi)
= Storing the Materials in 06 Warehouses & Yard NSN Wise, Size & type of Cargo (Dry goods / Food &non-food products)
= Storing of Commercial Containers ( maersk , apl,, & P & O Lyods) & Leased Containers in the yard.
= inventory management (COSIS & SSMR)
= Quality Management ( TQM & Six Sigma)
= Distribution of materials from Kuwait to all the middle east countries by ground shipments & 463 L Air pallets loaded to US Aircrafts.
= Administration, Safety, Security , House-keeping & Sanitation.
= Using the Software (Warehouse Management System (WMS – Exceed & Computerised Automatic Transportation system
Current Profile Team Leader in Logistics & Warehousing.
Total years of experience 18 years ( 8 Years in Service Industry (Transport / Cargo) + ( 10 Years in Warehousing & Logistic Industry)
Current CTC (KD . 325/-) + Housing + o.t. + bonus + travelling allowance + air ticket
