-Undertaking and handling all types of lawsuit inclusive drafting its petitions, and managing the submissions of all of the objections/challenge,pleading/arguments's briefs and the implementation of the final judgments/verdicts whether they are arbitrary or judicial ones.
-Legal Drafting and reviewing of all types of contracts, whether they are civil, commercial or administrative ones, and resolving all the contractual disputes arising out of them amicably or judicially.
-Extending the advisory legal advices to the supreme Management which I legally represent.
-Rehabilitation the organisational skeletons of the organisations.

I hold a bachelor degree (LL.B) from Ain Shames University-Cairo-Egypt on 1974. I am a certified Barrister of EBA. In addition to this, I am an honorary associate of IBA and ABA

I am certified user in both of PC & Internet from some specialized PC institutes

My Message is to provide the statutory services to all of the community individuals. Furthermore, One of my targets is to initially resolve all types of disputes amicably, otherwise, by resorting to the contrapuntal/competent courts/arbitration panels
