Professional Experience
Position: Assistant Technical Coordinator, 120mmscf/d facility.
- Providing Engineering and Technical services support. Detailed piping and instrumentation design (P&ID) works including design calculation standards application, IFC drawings, AS- built Drawings.
- Granting the Operational stability improvement of plant conditions and accomplishment of production target through
– overall/monitoring support to the operational activities /plant performances , and elaboration of process engineering studies and designs, always complying wit all the HSE regulations.
Monitoring and control of processes and associated parameters from the distributed control system(DCS). Tracking of process equipments performance, such as heat exchangers, dehydrator, compressors, pumps, caterpillar G3616 gas engines, Turbo expander- compressor/ de-ethanizer unit, refrigeration unit, Mycom unit, Gas turbine unit, diesel generator engine unit.
Technical analysis during test run, pre- commissioning and commissioning.
To monitor at all times gas supplying and production volumes and conditions
