Bending and rolling as all Sheet Metal works
Welding and Assembling (Metal Inert Gas or MIG Welding – Tungsten Inert Gas or TIG Welding – Spot Welding – Submerged Arc Welding) all according to AWS code (American Welding Society Standard)
All Machining processes:
Drilling – Milling – Turning (as Traditional and CNC Machines)
All Drafting Skills with (AutoCAD – Solid works – Unigraphic)
All the detailing drawings acc. To ASME Y14.5M including GD&T (Geometric Dimension & Tolerance)
The ability to program all types of CNC machines
The ability to make the postprocessor for specified controls (Siemens – Fanuc and other types)
Aware with the most common international standards like:
ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)
ASME (American Society for Mechanical Engineers)
